I am Magdalena, passionate coach & people manager
I started working in the health sector in 2013. My career started as a fitness and lifestyle trainer and later sales manager in a fitness and health club. In my further career I changed the industry as well as position and became a human resources manager.
Now I manage the People & Admin departments in an international scale-up and at the same time I am involved in coaching people individually.
Coaching allows me to use my combined skills, knowledge and learning experiences that I have acquired in my career so far, as well as my empathy. This motivates me to support and inspire people on their personal journey.
I lived the adventurous dream of many children and grew up on a farm (Demeter) in southern Germany. After my ambitious school days, I went abroad and did voluntary social work in Mexico for nine months. Out of the blue, I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes mellitus during my stay there, a condition that I have since accepted and that continues to accompany me.
These encounters and experiences made me want to help other people by guiding them towards a more conscious lifestyle.
The "Fitness Economics" degree course included a health-oriented focus as well as business studies and laid the foundations for my long-term career goal - to touch lives. For more than four years, I worked in the field of health prevention, helping people to take control of their health and get closer to their goals.
After these years of intensive and multifaceted work experience, I moved to Berlin to do my Master's in International Business Management (MBA). I also wanted my next professional challenge to fit in with my degree course and to continue working with people. This ambition was fulfilled when I started working in human resources in an international company. Today, I manage the People (HR) and Admin departments there.
In 2019, I decided to attend a year-long seminar to train as a certified biographical coach and have been continuing my education in this field ever since. Coaching gives me the opportunity to combine my personal strengths with the skills and experience I have gained during my various career moves.
I look forward to meeting you!
